PIPECRAFT operates under an Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) to control all of our operations and processes. The PIPECRAFT IBMS is the framework for strategic planning and tactical implementation of policies, plans, guidelines, processes and procedures that are used in the development, control, monitoring and execution of our business system. It is the use of the system that operates the business in a repeatable and reliable manner. The IBMS consists of HSE, Risk, Quality and Project Management components. It is the system PIPECRAFT works under to deliver a consistent and quality outcomes to our customers.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

PIPECRAFT have safety management systems developed and implemented in accordance with AS/NZS 4801:2001 “Occupational health and safety management systems— Specification with guidance for use” and risk management systems in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 “Risk management – Principles and guidelines”. Our Risk Management System is the process of identifying, analysing and responding to risk factors throughout the life of our operations and in the best interests of its objectives. Proper risk management controls possible future events and is proactive rather than reactive (using leading versus lagging indicators). Our Safety Management System provides a systematic approach to managing occupational health and safety, including organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures.
PIPECRAFT have environmental management systems developed and implemented in accordance with ISO140001 “Environmental management systems – Requirements with guidance for use”. Our Environmental Management System provides a systematic approach to managing sustainable work programs and practices in a comprehensive, planned and documented manner. It includes the organisational structures, accountabilities, planning and resources for developing, implementing and maintaining policy for environmental protection and sustainability.
The key component in delivering a project is meeting and exceeding all quality requirements, and as such, pipeline construction is a quality focused activity.
PIPECRAFT have quality management systems developed and implemented in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 “Quality management systems—Requirements”. Our Quality Management System provides a systematic approach to managing the delivery of a product or service and includes a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production/development/service) in the core business area of the organisation.
PIPECRAFT is a small contractor that offers blue-chip project management systems for managing and controlling project execution.
PIPECRAFT’s project management system is a systemic approach to the execution and delivery of a project including management of estimating works, planning, scheduling, cost control, budget management, resource allocation, communication, decision-making, quality management and documentation or administration systems.
